Positive aspects I have gained from my residency
My stay at Cxxx in France, offered a lovely opportunity to concentrate and focus solely on writing/poetry projects while also enjoying the solitude and quiet of the surrounding area of a charming medieval town one hour outside of Paris. The residency provided a chance to meet writers and artists from different countries which I value greatly. The living and working space was more than I could have asked for given that the grounds is a former monastery right on the river Seine. The daily incredible preparation of food was also one of the best features of my stay. The food was amazing. I would definitely return to Cxxx in the future.
